Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic Surgery Step-down unit, you will provide care to patients who suffer from valve replacement or repair, aneurysm repair, Maze, radiofrequency ablation, pulmonary vein isolation, pacemaker and defibrillator implant or removal and robotic-assisted surgery. An RN in this role is familiar with complex medical histories, innovative surgical procedures, pain modalities, and comprehensive nutritional support.
